Yes, we are open 24 hours a day/ 365 days a year! *Subject to government restrictions. Once you become an Anytime Fitness member you will receive an access tag that gives you access to Anytime Fitness clubs 24/7. All you have to do is tag into the club.
We have staffed hours daily. Once the AF gym staff finish for the day our security system takes over, along with a in club security guard.
Yes, you can! Reciprocal access comes standard with an Anytime Fitness membership. Your one membership is local, provincial, national and global! All you need to do is tag in and you can train! Over 4800+ clubs across 32 countries. Your reciprocal access activates after your first 31 days of being a member, until then you can only use the club you sign up at.
Yes, Anytime Fitness provides a state of the art security system with members only tag in access, 24 hour monitoring via IP cameras, emergency buttons throughout the club (linked to private security response) and a in club security guard.
Yes, we do offer a free trial at Anytime Fitness clubs. A 3-Day trial pass can only be used during staffed hours of the club. You can either submit your details via our website or come in club to start your 3-day trial period. You must live or work in the area of the relevant club to qualify for a 3-day trial pass. Under 18’s must bring a parent/guardian with to the club to sign off on the 3-day trial period to qualify. You have 7 days from applying for your pass you activate and use the 3 day trial pass, after 7 days it becomes void.
Yes, under 18 members are allowed to join Anytime Fitness. You must be 15-17 years old. A parent or guardian must come into the club with the under 18 person to sign off on their membership account and payment setup. Payments must come from a parent or guardian’s account.
Unfortunately, if you lose your access tag you will need to purchase a new one at full price.
Yes, we provide personal training services along with small group training options.
Yes, we require you to come in club to sign up for verification purposes, along with being able to give you your access tag for the 24/7 access.
You will require your passport or ID, along with valid card or bank account details. We do not take cash membership payments. We will also take a mandatory photo of you for your AF account and our check in system.
Yes, you can. Once your minimum term is complete and you decide you would no longer like to be an AF member, all you have to do is provide us with a calendar one-month written notice. This must be done via email to the club, so there is a written request and paper trail. We will confirm the cancellation back to you via email.
If you are still in your contracted term, there is a 50% payout figure based of the number of days left on your contract.
Yes, you can freeze your membership for between 1-3 months. Please provide 2+ weeks’ notice if you would like to freeze. You can not freeze your membership if you are in arrears, the arrears must be settled first.
Once your membership term lapses, it automatically rolls month to month. If you would like to cancel, we require 30 day’s written notice. Your membership does not automatically cancel after the contracted term ends.
